This warm and cozy 65m2 apartment for a couple has a spacious living-dining room and open kitchen, a generous master bedroom and a large bathroom.
Designed in contemporary style and Scandinavian elements, it combines simplicity and elegance in a harmonious space.
The clients’ main desire was to create a light and functional space in light colors.
Working on the planning solution, we organize the public area of the apartment according to the principle of open space, isolating only the bathroom and bedroom.
Walnut wood is the protagonist of the house, present both in the cabinets and in the wall covering and furniture, contributing as an element that connects all spaces.
Black details in the form of metal in the decoration of lamps and furniture elements act as an accent in the interior.
The living room has a Scandinavian style sofa, a natural wood coffee table and a wool rug. The walls and ceiling are painted linen white, which highlights the furniture and gives a feeling of spaciousness and light. On the walls, the harmonious combination of decorative 3D panels and smooth paint has been enhanced.
The modern kitchen has a peninsula that converts into a breakfast bar to enjoy the mornings in a cozy atmosphere. The countertop and work area made of sintered stone. Integrated appliances and recessed lighting and pendant lamps make the space functional and comfortable for cooking and entertaining.
The bedroom has a small, but very functional dressing room with smoked glass doors and elegant decoration. The wall decorated with natural wood panels contrasts with the headboard of the bed. Natural colors along with materials such as wood and linen are combined with small black details to give a touch of modernity.
The large bathroom has an elegant predominant bathtub and an additional shower tray. The walls are covered in white tiles with gray veins, as well as a wall of textured tiles, which together create a warm and elegant atmosphere. In addition, the walls have been complemented with nooks and surfaces to house hygiene products. The black bathroom accessories contrast with the color of the wall coverings and the indirect lighting, making the bathroom a relaxing and welcoming place.
