The 65m2 OMEGA apartment is an investment project, work on which began at the stage of choosing apartments in a residential complex. After carefully studying all the developer’s proposals, we chose this apartment due to the advantageous location of the entrance door, communications and load-bearing structures, which in turn allowed us to use this small area as efficiently as possible in the framework of the task. The completed project meets a certain set of parameters, satisfying the needs of the investment real estate market in the business segment.
A spacious living room-kitchen occupies a central place in the apartment and divides two zones into spaces with diametric sides: a main area and a universal room that, depending on the needs of the end client, can be a nursery, an office or a guest room. .
In the context of designing for a general client, we use warm neutral tones and calm textures to provide the future homeowner with a space that can be complemented by various possibilities.
All the furniture in the master bedroom is custom made, which made it possible to organize the storage areas in the most functional way possible.
The master bedroom has a single bathroom with a separate bathtub and a large shower room. Against the background of a smooth stone texture, bright accents stand out: three-dimensional white stone elements and black linear details.
Each functional area has various lighting scenarios, whether bright daylight, directional work light or dim evening light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
A unique solution for the project of this area is the presence of a utility room. On 2m2, it was possible to place a washing system, an 80-liter boiler, a technical sink and all household storage.
This design has resulted in a contemporary and cozy apartment, designed to meet daily needs and reflect the lifestyle of the future owners. With open spaces, neutral colors and meticulous attention to detail, we have created a home that is not only visually appealing, but also functional and comfortable, providing the perfect setting to create unforgettable memories and write your own story.
